Reviews
Let me just say that OUR GUIDE NADYA WAS FABULOUS! Nadya's English is very good. Her demeanor is very warm and professional. Her knowledge of history, art, and architecture are impressive. Nadya had a clear directed plan for the tour and made her presentation interactive, not just speaking at us, but asking us to offer guesses or express preferences. Hours flew by, and we learned how to read frescoes, how the cannons were named, that church bells can be punished. At the Armory, Nadya made the objects come "alive" by pointing out the artisan techniques, and by telling stories of how and by whom they were used...

At the end of a business visit I was fortunate to be given a tour of St Petersburg led by Nadezhda, Nadya. We took in a number of the principal attractions including the Hermitage, St Issac's Cathedral, the Emperor's Summer Palace and a trip on the river Neva. In every case Nadya provided a detailed and informed commentary. She was very flexible in her approach, patiently identifying our interests and responding with relevant information. She also exhibited the skill of linking items, whether relating to art, buildings, literature or specific historical events. At all times she was enthusiastic and keen to involve. I can fully recommend Nadya as a skilled, informative and engaging tour leader.

We have just spent 2 wonderful days in St Petersburg on a tour with Nadezhda (Nadya). Over 2 days she took us to The Hermitage, Katherine's Winter and Summer Palaces, Peterhof Palace and gardens and St Peter and Paul Fortress along with a ride on the wonderful Metro System and local markets. Nadya was a lovely young lady who spoke wonderful English and was very knowledgable on all she showed us. We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent with her and highly reccommend her as a guide.

Our tour guide Nadya, greeted us in our hotel lobby. She was absolutely lovely and we had a great day with her. She was so knowledgeable about everything we were seeing. It is definitely a long day, but really worth it. We also went inside St. Basil's which I highly recommend. I wouldn't add anything else on the same day, though, as it would really wear you out. We ended inside the Gum Department store and she showed us around a little and pointed out areas where we might be interested in purchasing some unique items, before sending us on our way.
